Our Founder

Scott Winham is the founder of Care-Training.Org.Uk. He is highly expereinced in the Health and Social Care Sector. He has been organising and providing training and consultancy for organisations and people working in the Health and Social Care Sector since 1998.

He grew up around people in care as his mother was a foster carer. He started organising trainings for young people in care at the age of 17. He then got involved with an organisation called ProTeen who ran trainings specifically for children and young people, with them he appeared on the NIck & Anne Show and in many national newspapers for the positive work they were doing. He also worked in in Residential Care for young people for a number of years becoming the Registered Manager and then Area Manager and he has also Managed Fostering Agencies and now delivers Training and Consultancy for people working in Care. 

He started providing Training and Consultancy service in February 2008 and the services he was providing began to grow.

Scott delivers and oversees the services of Care-Training.Org.Uk to ensure that the high standards are maintained.
